This policy explains how OFO ("we," "us") handles information submitted through ofokuwait.com (the "site"). It covers the site only — it is not the confidentiality clause governing client engagements, which is set out separately in each client's engagement letter.

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: name, company name, email address, phone number, business activity, and any details you enter about what you'd like clarity on. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to prepare for a Financial Clarity Discussion. We do not add you to a mailing list without your separate consent.

How it's stored

Form submissions are processed by our form provider (Formspree) and delivered to OFO's email address. A backup copy is retained in the form provider's dashboard for a limited period, consistent with their own data retention policy. We recommend reviewing Formspree's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit and at rest.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact info@ofokuwait.com to make a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Retention

Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement proceeds, as set out in the engagement letter's confidentiality and data-handling terms. Where no engagement proceeds, enquiry details are deleted within a reasonable period.
