Privacy Policy

This policy explains how OFO ("we," "us") handles information collected through ofokuwait.com (the "site"). It covers the site only — it is not the confidentiality clause governing client engagements, which is set out separately in each client's engagement letter.
What we collect and how
Contact form. When you submit the contact form on the homepage, we collect the name, company name, email address, phone number, business activity, and any message you enter. This information is processed by Formspree, which delivers it to OFO's email address.
XBRL Readiness Tool. When you use the XBRL readiness assessment tool, we collect the information you provide across the questionnaire steps: your name, company name, email address, phone number, business activity, your responses to the readiness questions, the tool's readiness outcome, and your consent to being contacted. A record is submitted to Formspree immediately when you complete the lead-capture step, and a fuller record including the tool outcome is submitted to HubSpot when you complete the full assessment. We also capture any UTM campaign parameters present in the URL at the time you start the tool (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), which are stored in HubSpot alongside your lead record to help us understand which marketing channels are working.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect pseudonymous data about pages visited, time spent, and interactions such as button clicks and form completions. This data is associated with a randomly assigned device identifier — it does not include your name or email address unless you have separately submitted a form.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form or XBRL tool is used to respond to your enquiry, to follow up on the XBRL readiness assessment where you have consented to contact, and — if an engagement proceeds — to prepare for a Financial Clarity Discussion. Analytics data is used to improve the site and to understand which channels bring visitors. We do not add you to a mailing list without your separate consent, and we do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party processors
- HubSpot — CRM and lead management. OFO's HubSpot account is hosted in the EU (EU1 data centre). HubSpot processes contact records submitted through the site in accordance with its own Data Processing Agreement and privacy policy. See legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
- Formspree — Form delivery. Formspree processes form submissions and delivers them to OFO's email address. A backup copy may be retained in Formspree's dashboard for a limited period. See formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Google Analytics 4 — Site analytics. Google processes pseudonymous usage data on OFO's behalf under Google's data processing terms. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Fonts — Font delivery. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may log the requesting IP address. See Google's privacy policy linked above.
Retention
Contact form and XBRL tool submissions are retained in HubSpot and Formspree in accordance with those platforms' own retention policies. OFO reviews and clears stale leads periodically. Where no engagement proceeds, enquiry details are deleted within a reasonable period. Where an engagement does proceed, data handling is governed by the engagement letter's confidentiality terms.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@ofokuwait.com with your request and we will respond within a reasonable time. Where your data is held in a third-party processor, we will assist in facilitating a deletion request to that processor.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for analytics purposes as described above. No advertising or tracking cookies from ad networks are used. Browser-level cookie controls (most browsers offer "block all cookies" or per-site controls) allow you to limit or prevent cookie-based tracking.
